Metrologic MS6720 & MS7120

Similarities:
Both of these scanners are fast and fully automatic. They both have a 20-line omnidirectional scan pattern. They both read standard barcodes accurately and have a programmable depth of field. The MS6720 and the MS 7120 both have RSS-14 decoding and work great with point of sale applications.

Differences:

Designed with a contour shape, the MS7120 Orbit is perfect as a fixed presentation or a a handheld scanner. For increased flexibility the head can rotate a full 30 degrees. It can read at extremely fast 1200 scan lines per second. It's smaller than the MS6720 and it has 7 beeper tones. It has minimum readable bar width of 5.2 millimeters.

The Metrologic MS6720 comes with an adjustable stand that can tilt and rotate as need. It is ideal for point of sale stations that need to scan and bag a variety of items. Its design also enables it to be easily picked up for scanning larger items. The MS6720 can scan 1000 lines per second and it has 3 beeper tones. The minimum readable bar width is 5.7 millimeters.
