The 4800dr is a feature-rich document imager made to digitize paper documents for easy paperless processing, retrieval, and storage.

Powered by Adaptus Imaging Technology 5.0, the 4800dr takes crisp images of documents up to 8.5” x 11” or A4 format in size and any paper or text color. It comes with a bunch of simple to use image enhancement tools to sharpen text, improve contrast, and to orientate and enlarge (magnify) the image. Moreso, a built-in auto-cropping and file configuration options and compression function ensure the best picture quality and file size for your application needs. The 4800dr includes flexibility to scan bar codes and can read all linear, stacked and 2d barcodes.

The 4800dr’s integrated stand form factor and document tray platform ensures easy setup and operation without the need for constant adjustments or calibration. There’s no need to reposition the scanner, regardless of document size. Just put the document in the tray and capture the image.

A wide array of connectivity options including TWAIN, SANE and USB let you connect the 4800dr directly to your host system without needing costly modifications or adapters.
